Buying on the Sark Scissors web site is simple, quick and secure. To Log on, enter your email address and password and you are ready to begin shopping. If you are first time customer then you would need to create an account with us by clicking on the option my account. Browse through the items you looking for then add to cart. Log into your account then click confirm cart. You can pay through PayPal account or directly using your Credit/Debit card using PayPal website. Please note products are only despatched once your payment is cleared.
Exchanges & Refunds
Sending or bringing products back to us is no problem as long as they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Products can be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure a copy of your packing slip/invoice accompanies the return. We will, of course, refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered. However, we will require you to cover the cost of return in all other circumstances, and in addition your original delivery charge will not be refunded. If an item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service immediately. Faulty items will be replaced provided the goods are in their original condition and have not been tampered with.

We Do not collect your Credit/Debit card information. PayPal collects all your Credit/Debit card information on our behalf and stores it in their databases. Guarantee
All products are subject to manufacturers warranty and warranty conditions. Different products vary in warranty lenght depending on the manufacturers.Different Brands carry different warranty. If you are not sure please check the guarantee slip that came with your order. If a claim is made against warranty it must be accompanied with original receipt of the product.
